Swiss Lady Chocolates was opened in the central business district of Johannesburg in 1987 and through a commitment to personal service and quality products, soon became a very popular outlet for coporate and personal gifts. A good client base resulted and when the business was moved in 1993 to the North-West of Johannesburg, the existing customers were retained through the introdution of an efficient & reliable gift delivery service.

This service, together with the classy and affordable gift hampers, ensured the rapid expansion into an even more impressive list of corporate and personal clients who rely extensively on our Gift Hampers for a variety of different occasions e.g. Get Well, Thank You, Birthdays, Sympathy, Congratulations, Secretary's and Boss's Day, Easter, Christmas, Deepavali and EID.

In February 2007 the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) released the gazetted codes and score cards for small, micro and medium enterprises and in terms thereof Swiss Lady Chocolates received an automatic LEVEL 4 BEE status.
